The Solution


 We executed a full system migration to a decoupled architecture (separating frontend and backend), optimizing the project structure for scalability. The entire database was migrated from MySQL to PostgreSQL, a more robust solution for handling complex relationships and advanced queries. We also completely redesigned the graphical interface, prioritizing usability and responsive design. Finally, key functionalities were integrated to enhance the end-user experience and streamline internal business management.
