Our story began with a small team of 2 dedicated engineers driven by a shared vision: to make a difference in the world of technology in Cuba. Initially, we focused on providing computer equipment repair and maintenance services, quickly gaining a reputation for our expertise and customer- centric approach. During this stage, we also began small-scale software development.

Leveraging the opportunities in Cuba's technological landscape, we expanded our Software Development services while continuing with the Repair Workshop. As our client base grew and their needs evolved, we smoothly transitioned into developing more complex, custom software projects tailored to our clients' hardware requirements.

This period was marked by expansion, both in team growth and in the acquisition of international clients. Ingenius experienced an increase in demand for its custom software development services, and we began working with international clients, primarily in Latin America and Spain.
At this stage, the innovative and creative approach to developing each solution stood out, adapting to the client's specific needs and seeking cutting-edge technological solutions.

A Commitment to Excellence and a New Headquarters
Ingenius SURL became one of the first private companies established in Cuba (MiPyMES), marking a significant milestone in our journey. This change fueled our determination to further elevate our service offerings and customer satisfaction. As a result, we closed the repair workshop and shifted our focus to software development, while also beginning to market electronic equipment.
